Ausim Maroc

A new chapter begins for the Association of Information Systems Users in Morocco (AUSIM). During its Ordinary Elective General Assembly held in Casablanca, SAAD Mohamed, Deputy CEO of the Casablanca Stock Exchange, was elected President of AUSIM for the 2026–2028 mandate. 

This election marks the start of a new dynamic for the association, driven by the manifesto “BOLD, BRAVE, FORWARD.”—a vision aimed at strengthening the strategic role of information systems in the digital transformation of Moroccan organizations. 

A New Governance 

The new AUSIM executive board brings together leaders and experts from several key sectors, reflecting the diversity and strength of Morocco’s IT ecosystem. 

  • President: SAAD Mohamed — Casablanca Stock Exchange 
  • Secretary General: Mohammed Essaidi — Moroccan Pension Fund (CMR) 
  • Treasurer: Rachid Baarbi — Assurances Lyazidi & Fils 

A Board Representing the Excellence of the IT Ecosystem 

Alongside the President, several members join the board to support the development of the association’s initiatives:

Strategic Priorities for the 2026–2028 Mandate 

During this new mandate, AUSIM will focus on several strategic priorities aimed at accelerating digital transformation and strengthening the role of technology within organizations. Key focus areas include innovation, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital sovereignty, and co-construction with the entire digital ecosystem. 

Through this renewed governance, AUSIM aims to further strengthen its role as a platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and strategic dialogue among Morocco’s digital and technology leaders.
