PROGRAM PRESENTATION

This Post Covid program is launched by AUSIM to support its members and its community in the realization and advancement of their digital projects. This involves the creation of thematic clubs led by AUSIM partners to demystify subjects with high added value for businesses and the community.

AUSMOSE was launched with the first 4 thematic clubs formed:

  • ISD Performance Club.
  • FROM SKILL TO PERFORMANCE Club.
  • Startup/Company Networking Club​​​​​​​​​​​.
  • Safety Club.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

The purpose of the program is to bring together members (ISDs and teams), partners, and experts around topical issues and to demystify high value-added topics for the business and the community.

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

  • Each thematic club is managed by a facilitator (AUSIM partner) and AUSIM members.
  • Meetings are held at least once a month to review preparations.

THE 4 AUSMOSE CLUBS

ISD Performance Club facilitated by CostHouse

Missions: Share best practices in terms of IT performance management in order to take the IT department out of the “cost center” prism and position it as an actor in the creation of value for businesses and for our country.

FROM SKILL TO PERFORMANCE Club facilitated by SUPEMIR

Missions:  Provide information, raise awareness, and support the reflection on the answers provided by the work-study training approach to the recurring needs of qualified human resources / Propose actions for the selection of profiles and training to prepare future HR personnel according to the needs of the business / Valorize existing internal skills through the VAE (Validation of Acquired Experience).

Startup/Company Networking Club facilitated by Tecnopark

Missions:  Bring together suppliers (startups: AI, Big Data, Fintech, blockchain, etc.) and those seeking innovative technological solutions (AUSIM members and community) / Create bridges between AUSIM and members of the startup ecosystem: Happy Ventures (technological acceleration/open innovation) and Enactus (innovative projects from universities).

Security Club

Missions:  Promote the exchange of feedback and communication around cyber security and digital confidence through the exchange of skills and sharing of expertise to make the Moroccan digital world of tomorrow more secure.
