Through a strong collaboration between AUSIM and TECHNOPARQUE, an exceptional Club AUSMOSE Startups meeting was recently organized to build a bridge between innovative startups and active AUSIM members. The aim of the event was to highlight cutting-edge technologies in the field of Human Resources (HR) and explore how innovation can reshape the HR landscape.
The meeting was held under the inspiring theme of “HR TECH: Innovation at the Service of HR”. During this enriching session, visionary startups shared their innovative solutions for improving HR practices. Among the highlights, the pitches and exchanges with Linkupvalue and Positeams captivated the audience. Their creativity and commitment to HR transformation were praised by all participants.
A special guest, Ms Bouchra NHAILI, President of agef Nationale and Director of Human Resources at Lydec, shared her experience and views on the evolution of HR professions, as well as the impact of technologies and innovative solutions on these professions. Her participation was invaluable for those seeking perspectives and valuable advice.
