The RDVAUSIM event in Rabat was a great success, bringing together a packed room, prestigious speakers, moments of sharing and high-quality debate. Minister Ghita Mezzour opened the event by addressing the digitalization of public services. AUSIM President Hicham CHIGUER stressed the importance of the white paper on the digitization of government services.
Stefan Meersschaert underlined the fruitful collaboration between Enabel and AUSIM for the digitization of government services in Morocco. The Governor of Berkane, Mohamed Ali Habouha, shared success stories in the digitization of government services.
The white paper, entitled “E-Gov – Towards which Digital Administration in Morocco?”, was revealed at the event. It stems from discussions at ASSISESAUSIM2022, with a focus on Digital Administration in Morocco in 2023. It highlights the challenges, opportunities and causes of current difficulties, with recommendations for accelerating the digitization of public services.
AUSIM has also launched a survey of businesses to gather their views on the digitization of public services. By comparing Morocco with other countries that have successfully completed their digital transformation, the white paper offers an international perspective.
