Tech & Diversity: A Key Driver for a Sustainable Digital Future
At GITEX AFRICA 2025, diversity was highlighted as a key driver of innovation. According to research conducted by McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Deloitte, the most innovative technology companies share a common characteristic: they are also the most diverse. Why is this? Because different backgrounds lead to different ways of thinking – stimulating creativity, challenging assumptions and identifying early signals in fast-changing markets.
Miryam BOUTAIB, Managing Director of AUSIM, took part in an enriching discussion alongside Minister Amal EL FALLAH-SEGHROUCHNI and other leaders of digital transformation in Africa, such as Sihame ALLALI and Lamiae Benmakhlouf. The key message of this session was clear:
Diversity is not just a value – it is a strategy for innovation.
Bringing together a wide range of experiences, perspectives and voices not only makes organisations more inclusive – it also makes them more resilient, insightful and effective.
At AUSIM, we firmly believe that embracing diversity strengthens the entire digital ecosystem. It fuels innovation, accelerates performance and helps us build a technological future that works for everyone.
Tech & Diversity: A Turning Point for Organisations
Saloua Chaaibi, Vice-President of AUSIM and Head of Digitisation and Simplification of Procedures at CRI Marrakech-Safi, took part in a panel discussion organised by PwC Morocco, alongside Mehdi Alaoui, Hind Barakat and Odin D.
